Please allow 2 weeks for shipping. All embroidered or screen printed goods are custom items and not refundable. If the goods are damaged, or the shipper has sent the wrong size, color or item number in error we will replace the goods at our cost. Goods must be returned for inspection and freight will be reimbursed upon receipt.
